Tenant Eviction Help LLC

Customer Service Agreement

Version 1.0 · Effective October 2026 · Includes our Refund Policy and Disclaimer

Thank you for choosing Tenant Eviction Help. This Agreement explains how our service works, what we provide, and what customers should understand before payment. By submitting an intake form, uploading documents, checking the agreement box, or making payment, you agree to these terms.

Tenant Eviction Help is designed to assist tenants who are handling eviction-related matters on their own and need help understanding paperwork, preparing documents, organizing information, and taking the next step in a timely way.

1. What We Provide

Tenant Eviction Help provides document preparation and procedural support for tenants facing eviction-related issues. Depending on your situation and the papers you upload, our service may include:

  • review of the papers and information you submit
  • organization of your facts, dates, documents, and deadlines
  • preparation of eviction-related document support
  • preparation of simple next-step instructions
  • preparation of filing guidance where applicable
  • preparation of tenant speaking scripts or talking points
  • support from landlord notice stage through court-stage paperwork, where available
  • email or message-based support related to your document packet

Our work is based on the documents and information you provide through the intake form, uploads, emails, messages, or other communication channels. We may use internal templates, checklists, research tools, state-specific workflows, drafting systems, and document preparation processes to prepare your materials efficiently and carefully.

2. Important Service Limitation

Tenant Eviction Help is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation, attorney services, court appearances, or attorney-client services.

Using our website, submitting information, making payment, speaking with us, or receiving documents does not create an attorney-client relationship. Our service is limited to document preparation, procedural support, document organization, and general self-help support for tenants who are representing themselves.

If you need legal advice, formal legal strategy, representation in court, or someone to appear on your behalf, you should contact a licensed attorney in your state.

3. Your Role as a Self-Represented Tenant

You understand that you remain responsible for your own case. This means you are responsible for reviewing all prepared documents before using them, making sure all facts are true and complete, signing your own documents, filing documents with the court, serving documents when required, paying any filing fees or requesting a fee waiver, attending hearings, speaking for yourself in court, and following court instructions and deadlines.

Any instructions, scripts, checklists, or document packets we provide are meant to help you stay organized and understand the next steps. They do not replace legal advice or court instructions.

4. Information and Documents You Provide

Our ability to prepare useful documents depends on the information and papers you provide. You agree to submit information that is true and complete to the best of your knowledge.

You also agree to upload clear copies or photos of all relevant papers you have, including landlord notices, court papers, hearing notices, judgments, writs, lockout notices, lease documents, payment proof, messages, photos, or other relevant materials.

If documents are missing, unclear, incomplete, or uploaded late, this may affect the accuracy, timing, or usefulness of the final document packet. If we need more information, we may contact you before continuing the work. Timely responses help us move faster.

5. Service Results and Customer Expectations

Tenant Eviction Help will make reasonable efforts to prepare your document support carefully, based on the information and papers you provide.

Because every eviction matter depends on different facts, deadlines, court rules, landlord actions, and court decisions, results can vary from case to case.

Our service is designed to help you become more organized, understand the next steps more clearly, and have documents prepared for your own use. However, final decisions are made by the court, landlord, sheriff, constable, or other involved parties, and those decisions are outside our control.

Tenant Eviction Help therefore cannot promise a specific result, including that an eviction will be stopped, delayed, dismissed, reopened, appealed successfully, or otherwise resolved in a particular way. Payment is for document preparation and procedural support, not for a guaranteed court or housing outcome.

6. Fees and Payment

Tenant Eviction Help charges the service fee shown on the website, checkout page, invoice, or written payment request at the time of purchase. Unless a different amount is expressly agreed in writing by Tenant Eviction Help, the standard service fee is $349 – Full Case Package, a single flat fee per case regardless of the stage of the eviction matter.

Payment is required before document work begins. The service fee covers intake review, file organization, document preparation, workflow time, support communication, document packet preparation, and related administrative work within the service scope.

There is no hourly billing unless separately agreed in writing by Tenant Eviction Help. Any discounted, adjusted, custom, urgent, or special pricing must be confirmed in writing by Tenant Eviction Help to apply.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Because eviction-related document support is usually time-sensitive and customized to each customer's situation, our team may begin reviewing your intake, organizing your file, checking your uploaded papers, reserving workflow time, and preparing documents soon after payment. For this reason, once file review or document preparation begins, payments are generally not refundable.

If you request cancellation before any review or preparation has started, we may review the request and determine whether a refund or partial accommodation is appropriate.

Refunds are generally not available when work has already begun, documents or instructions have been prepared, the customer changes their mind after payment, the customer decides not to use the documents, the customer hires someone else after work begins, the customer moves out or resolves the issue independently, the customer does not upload documents on time, the customer misses a deadline, or the court outcome is different from what the customer hoped for.

Payment is for the document preparation and support work provided, not for any guaranteed result from the court, landlord, sheriff, constable, or other party. We will always try to handle customer concerns fairly and professionally.

8. Turnaround Time

We understand that eviction matters can be urgent, and we work to prepare documents as quickly as reasonably possible. Most complete files are prepared within 24–48 hours, and many may be completed sooner.

Turnaround time depends on how quickly you submit the intake form, whether uploaded documents are clear and complete, whether deadlines are very close, whether additional information is needed, how complex the matter is, and current workload. Turnaround estimates are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed. If you upload incomplete or unclear documents, or if we need additional information from you, preparation may take longer.

9. Filing, Service, and Court Requirements

Unless separately agreed in writing, Tenant Eviction Help does not file documents with the court for you and does not serve documents for you.

You are responsible for checking court requirements and completing all required filing or service steps. This may include filing documents with the correct court, using the correct e-filing system or clerk's office, paying court fees or requesting fee waivers, serving the landlord or opposing party where required, keeping proof of filing and service, attending all hearings, and following court deadlines and instructions.

Any filing steps or instructions we provide are meant to help you understand the process in plain language. You should still confirm filing requirements with the court clerk or the appropriate court resource.

10. Review of Prepared Documents

Before using any document prepared through our service, you must carefully review it. Please check spelling of names, address, court name, case number, dates, amounts claimed, facts, requested relief, signature lines, attachments, and filing or service instructions.

If something is incorrect, missing, or unclear, you should contact us before signing, filing, serving, or using the document. You should never sign or file anything unless you believe it is true and accurate.

11. Communication

By submitting your intake form and contact information, you agree that Tenant Eviction Help may contact you by email, phone, text message, website form, customer support platform, or other reasonable communication methods.

We may contact you to ask for missing information, request clearer documents, provide updates, deliver documents, explain next steps, or discuss payment or support issues. You are responsible for checking your messages and responding promptly, especially if your deadline is close.

12. Privacy and Document Handling

Tenant Eviction Help uses the information and documents you submit to provide services, manage your file, communicate with you, process payment, and improve our internal operations. We do not sell your personal information.

We take reasonable steps to protect customer information and uploaded documents. However, no online system can guarantee complete security. Your communications with us are not attorney-client privileged because we are not a law firm. Additional details are included in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

13. Internal Tools and Workflows

Tenant Eviction Help may use internal templates, document checklists, research tools, automation tools, drafting workflows, state-specific preparation processes, and support systems to prepare materials. These tools help us work efficiently and organize customer documents carefully.

Our internal templates, workflows, prompts, checklists, research systems, and business processes remain the property of Tenant Eviction Help. Customers receive only the final documents, instructions, or support materials delivered for their own personal use. You may use the documents we provide for your own matter. You may not resell, publish, copy, distribute, or commercially use our templates, scripts, workflow materials, or internal content.

14. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a concern about the service, please contact us first so we can review the issue and try to resolve it fairly.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened after work has started, Tenant Eviction Help may provide relevant records to the payment processor or bank. These records may include your acceptance of this Agreement, intake submission records, payment records, communication history, uploaded-document records, work and delivery records, and timestamps showing service activity. While a payment dispute is pending, we may pause additional work until the issue is resolved.

15. When Service May Be Paused or Declined

Tenant Eviction Help may pause or decline service if required documents are missing or unreadable, the matter appears to require legal advice or court representation, the deadline is too close for meaningful preparation, false or inconsistent information is provided, the requested service is outside our scope, payment is disputed or reversed, or abusive, threatening, or improper communication occurs. If work has already started, the refund and cancellation policy will apply.

16. Limitation of Responsibility

Tenant Eviction Help provides document preparation and procedural support only. To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the service.

We are not responsible for court results, landlord decisions, sheriff or constable action, lockouts, missed deadlines caused by late or incomplete customer information, filing rejection by a court, failure to attend court, failure to serve documents, customer use or non-use of prepared documents, housing loss, lost wages, emotional distress, or indirect or consequential losses. This section does not limit any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

17. Agreement to Electronic Terms

You agree that checking a box, typing your name, clicking an acceptance button, submitting the intake form, or making payment may be treated as your electronic acceptance of this Agreement. You agree that electronic records and electronic acceptance may be used instead of paper signatures to the extent allowed by law.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Tenant Eviction Help LLC is organized, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute related to this Agreement or the services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless another forum is required by applicable law.

19. Updates to This Agreement

Tenant Eviction Help may update this Agreement from time to time. The version posted or linked at the time of payment will apply to that purchase.

20. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, invoice terms, and checkout acknowledgment, represents the agreement between you and Tenant Eviction Help for the purchased service. The Refund Policy and Disclaimer are included in Sections 7 and 2 of this Agreement. If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply as much as legally permitted.
