Tenant Eviction Help LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides document preparation and procedural support to tenants responding to eviction notices. This page explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you use our intake form or chat with us, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:
- Your name, phone number, and/or email address
- Your rental property address, state, and county or court (if known)
- Details about your eviction notice, including the type of notice, date served, and where your case currently stands
- Any documents you upload, such as your eviction notice or court paperwork
- Payment information you submit through our payment processor, Airwallex (we do not store your card details ourselves — Airwallex handles payment processing directly)
How we use your information

- To improve our intake process and respond to urgent cases appropriately
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run our business — for example, our form-handling provider (to receive your intake submission), our payment processor Airwallex (to process payment), and, where relevant to your case, a court or legal aid resource you've asked us to connect you with.
Document preparation, not legal representation
We are a document preparation service, not a law firm. Information you share with us is used to prepare your paperwork and is not protected by attorney-client privilege. If you need confidential legal advice, we encourage you to speak with a licensed attorney or local legal aid office.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the box to receive text messages, we will text you about your case (for example: case ID, status updates, requests for missing documents). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using our services. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Website analytics and advertising
We use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta) to understand how visitors use our website and to measure our ads. These tools may use cookies and collect information such as pages visited and the device used. We do not send the details of your case, your documents or your story to these tools. You can limit ad tracking in your browser or device settings.
Saved form answers
To help you finish our intake form, your answers (not your uploaded files) are saved temporarily in your own browser on your device until you submit the form or press "Clear saved answers". If you use a shared computer, please clear your saved answers.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as reasonably needed to complete your case and to meet our own recordkeeping and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or securely archived.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We'll honor these requests except where we're required to keep certain records by law.
