How much does eviction help cost?
One flat fee per case, whatever stage you are at. It covers intake review, organizing your file, preparing the document support you need for your stage, filing guidance, and message support for your packet. Court filing fees, service fees and bonds are separate.
Are you lawyers?
No. Tenant Eviction Help is not a law firm. We help prepare documents and simple next-step instructions for tenants handling their own case.
Can you stop my eviction?
We cannot promise any result. Final decisions are made by the court, landlord or sheriff. We help prepare paperwork based on the documents and information you upload, so you can take the next step on time.
Do you help tenants in my state?
We support tenants in most U.S. states. We do not currently prepare documents for cases in California, Arizona, Nevada or Minnesota. For those states we offer a $100 Basic Information session.
My eviction court date is soon. Can you still help?
Tell Ava or mark it in your intake form and we will flag your case as urgent. If your deadline is within a day or two, also contact your court or a licensed attorney right away. Our intake does not pause any deadline.
How fast can you prepare my eviction Answer?
Most complete files are prepared within 24–48 hours. Timing depends on how complete your uploads are and how close your deadline is.
Do I file the documents myself?
Yes. You review, sign, file and serve your own documents. We explain the filing steps in plain language and give you a checklist.
Is it really free right now?
Yes. During our limited-time Halloween offer, cases submitted while the offer is shown on this website get document preparation free, with no payment and no card needed. We may end the offer at any time without notice. Cases already submitted while it was live stay free; new cases after that are charged our regular flat fee of $349. Court filing fees, service fees and bonds are always separate.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, payment plans are available on request. Mention it to Ava or in your intake form.
Can an eviction hurt my credit score?
The eviction case itself usually does not appear on the big three credit reports, but unpaid rent or damages sent to a collection agency can, and the court record can show up on tenant screening reports. We help prepare dispute, debt validation and record-sealing paperwork. Results are not guaranteed.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your details and documents are used only to prepare your case and are never sold. See our Privacy Policy.
